This process usually takes us 24 hours, but can in some cases take up to 1 week. 3) If you are happy with the candidates, one of our Account Managers will arrange for a video meeting where you can meet the candidates and decide who the best option will be. If none of them seem like the right fit, we will go back and refresh the list for you. 4) If you're happy with the candidates, you can select would you would like to hire, and then get started with them immediately. Your dedicated Account Manager will monitor their productivity and hold regular feedback sessions to ensure they meet your expectations.
